It was fairly clean, and I loved perfect location and staff. That was cozy hotel set in great area, near Santa Maria Novella railway station and bus terminal, the center and the train station. A terminus railway station was also easy to reach.

Perfectly situated for exploring the city with excellent value for money. You can easily take a bus to explore nearby cities like Siena from the bus stop right next to the hotel. The location near the central station is very convenient to travel around the city. The room was clean and well equipped with all the amenities. The modern decoration makes it more inviting. The staff was extremely helpful and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of fresh fruits and a varied menu.
Could have better soundproofing in the corridors to avoid the disturbance caused by cleaners running the vacuums and late-night talks.

We loved staying here because of its location right next to the train station, which made it easy for us to explore the surrounding area. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room amenities like air conditioning and in-room breakfast made our stay very comfortable. The bar/lounge area was great for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.

We were really surprised by the modern and super clean room. Bathroom was excellent. Despite the central location, the room was quiet and we slept well. Great value for money, we will definitely stay here again. highly recommended.
